The Amazon River

I chose to portray the emotion calm in animation with thinking about tranquility.  I showed the emotion of a sense of calmness and tranquility by having a small rowboat gradually go down the Amazon River. I used timing to slow the boat down to help portray a sense of calmness. Like when the boat is coming up to a bend in the river or curve the boat slows down some and I did this by tweening two frames. For the use of panning I zoomed a little on the river and had it look like the camera is moving down the river with the boat. The boat is moving down the river and in some spots it goes a little slower. The hot air ballon is moving with the boat or sort of following it like some one is in the air ballon taping or watching a row boat go down the Amazon River.  The end of the animation is using fade so the boat, river, and ballon start to disappear and begins to show the end of the animation which is the credits. So the last frame is just showing the credits which leads to the ending of the animation.

idea process

I would like my theme to be like have an important part of Senegal's history. In this case I am using the Baobab tree. It is an important landmark to the Senegal people. I read about how they put shrines, altars and even use the hole for a tomb.  in the big open hole in the Baobab's trunk. Also, that in their history it  is said that kings would be crowned under the tree, warriors would take an oath under the tree, and it could be considered a constitution tree. So overall I like to have my theme be surrounded by the Baobab tree and maybe harmony like the two hands shaking and one hand represents Senegal while the other represents America.

The general clues that relate to Senegal that I would like to use in my T-shirt design is the Baobab tree,  a pattern design that is used in Senegal, people dancing and Senegal's flag.
